This Bosch 800 series gas cooktop is engineered for precise performance, delivering everything from high heat to low simmer options for all your cooking needs. It’s equipped with 5 burners, including a powerful 19,000-BTU burner that’s perfect for boiling, searing and stir-frying, and an OptiSim burner that can be used to simmer delicate sauces and melt chocolate. The cooktop features continuous cast iron grates which make it easy to move pots and pans from one burner to the other. It’s also equipped with stainless steel finish metal knobs that complete its elegant look. Electronic reignition automatically reignites the burner in case the flame goes out, and sealed burners prevent spills from entering the burner holes. This appliance comes with a natural gas to liquid propane conversion kit.
