This Bosch 800 Series gas cooktop will allow you to cook a wide variety of dishes and sides, all in one go. It features 5 burners, including a powerful 19,000 BTU burner for boiling water, searing meat or stir-frying vegetables. There are also 2 OptiSim burners for simmering delicate sauces and melting chocolate without scorching. In addition, each element comes with an electronic system which reignites the burner in case the flame goes out at an inconvenient moment. This cooktop is equipped with removable grates and features a seamless, one-piece stainless steel design that facilitates the cleaning process. The cooktop is equipped with a red LED light so you know when a burner is being used.
