This Bosch 800 Series gas cooktop features a FlameSelect function that lets you choose between 9 power levels to get the perfect flame. The 17,000-BTU dual-flame power burner with 2 heat options quickly brings water to a boil, or can maintain a precise simmer. On the other hand, the OptiSim burner is ideal to prepare delicate sauces and melt chocolate. The easy-to-clean stainless steel surface is equipped with dishwasher-safe cast iron grates and stainless steel knobs for precise controls. Each burner has a flame failure safety system, which ensures the gas supply is stopped as soon as the flame goes out. The cooktop comes with a liquid propane conversion kit, for extra convenience.
