The true European convection oven includes up to 12 specialized cooking modes, such as pizza, pie, keep warm and dough proving modes. The lower oven with traditional thermal cooking system offers broiling, roasting and, also, heat retention modes. Fast preheat means you can start cooking in no time, and a built-in meat probe eliminates guesswork for results beyond your expectations.
